At Jewelleshwari, we want your experience to feel as special as the jewellery you choose. If something isn’t perfect, we offer an easy, transparent resolution.

What’s Eligible for Return/Exchange?

  1. Items returned within 15 days of delivery
  2. Items in unused, unworn condition with all original inclusions:
    1. Certificates of authenticity
    2. Free gifts/add-ons (if any)
    3. Original packaging (boxes, pouches, tags)
    4. Accessories or extra components

Missing Inclusions: If certificates or inclusions are not returned, a reissue/handling fee (typically ₹500–₹3000, depending on the certificate/service) may be deducted.


What Isn’t Eligible?

  • Customised or Personalised Jewellery
    (including engravings, size customisations outside standard options, bespoke designs)
  • Used/Worn or Modified Items
    (scratches, signs of wear, damage, or resizing/polishing done after delivery)
  • Third-Party Alterations
    (any change/repair done by someone other than Jewelleshwari)

How to Start a Return/Exchange

  • Contact us at jewelleshwari@gmail.com or +91 9355696399 within 15 days of delivery.
  • We’ll arrange a free pickup from your address (where serviceable) and share simple packing instructions.
  • Pack securely and, if possible, record a short packing video for your records.
  • We will make up to two pickup attempts. If pickup isn’t possible in your area or both attempts fail, we’ll guide you to send the parcel via a reliable, trackable courier to our returns hub (details shared by our team).

Quality Check & Processing Timeline

  • Once your parcel reaches us, our Quality Assurance team will inspect it within 2–4 business days.
  • We’ll update you and proceed with refund, exchange, or replacement per your request.

Refunds

  • Method: Refunded to the original payment method only.
  • Timeline: Please allow 8–12 business days (bank/card issuer dependent) after QC approval.
  • Partial Returns: If you return only part of an order, we’ll refund the value of the returned item(s) only.
  • Condition Check: If an item is found used, damaged, or altered, we’ll return it back to you and no refund can be issued.
  • Deductions (if applicable): Missing certificates, inclusions, or excessive wear may incur a fee as noted above.

Exchanges

Want a different size or design?

  1. Reach us at jewelleshwari@gmail.com or +91 9355696399 and share the piece you want instead.

  2. We’ll arrange free pickup (where serviceable).

  3. After QC approval, we’ll ship your new piece.

  4. Price Differences: If the new item costs more, we’ll share a secure payment link for the difference; if it costs less, we’ll refund the balance.

If an item fails QC (used/damaged/altered), we’ll ship it back to you and the exchange cannot be completed.


Replacements (Defect/Damage on Arrival)

  • If your jewellery arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing/clear photos or a short video.

  • We’ll prioritise a like-for-like replacement. If the same item is unavailable, you may opt for an exchange or refund per policy.


Shipping & Liability Notes

  • Please keep the pickup receipt/airway bill until the return is fully processed.

  • For self-ship cases (when instructed), use a reputed, trackable courier and share tracking details with us.


Important Disclaimers

  • Natural variations in gemstones, minor surface characteristics, or slight colour differences due to lighting/screens do not constitute defects.

  • Jewelleshwari reserves the right to accept or decline returns/exchanges based on QC findings and policy terms.
